Leonberg, mm.dd.yyyy – The Leonberger Schönbrunn TASC GmbH has secured the Bavarian ERP specialist Versino AG as an investor. The financing accelerates the growth of the cybersecurity company.
In 2021, Nouha and Jan-Sebastian Schönbrunn founded Schönbrunn TASC GmbH in Leonberg. The company specializes in consulting in the field of cybersecurity within its four pillars: training, audit, system, and consulting. "With Versino, we have found a partner that accelerates our expansion into new markets," says Jan-Sebastian Schönbrunn, co-founder and managing director of Schönbrunn TASC GmbH. With the funds from the investment, the Leonbergers are advancing the strategic expansion of their company: they are financing additional consultants and an expanded service offering.
Since 2001, Versino AG has optimized business processes for over 600 customers worldwide. With over 100 employees at 14 locations, the company serves clients in more than 50 countries.
