Leonberg, dd.mm.2025 - Leonberg-based Schönbrunn TASC GmbH has gained the Bavarian ERP specialist Versino AG as an investor. The financing will accelerate the growth of the cybersecurity company.
Nouha and Jan-Sebastian Schönbrunn founded Schönbrunn TASC GmbH in Leonberg in 2021. The company specializes in cybersecurity consulting within its four pillars of training, audit, system and consulting. "In Versino, we have found a partner that will accelerate our expansion into new markets," says Jan-Sebastian Schönbrunn, co-founder and Managing Director of Schönbrunn TASC GmbH. The Leonberg-based company is using the funds from the investment to drive forward the strategic expansion of its business: it is financing additional consultants and an expanded range of services.
Versino AG has been optimizing business processes for over 600 customers worldwide since 2001. With over 100 employees at 14 locations, the company supports customers in more than 50 countries. "By partnering with Schönbrunn TASC, we are strengthening our cyber security offering for medium-sized companies," says Werner Hölzl, CEO of Versino AG. By investing in Schönbrunn TASC GmbH, Versino AG is expanding its portfolio in the area of cybersecurity and setting the course for the future.
