Schönbrunn TASC is an ISACA accredited training organization (ATO). This means that you have access to official ISACA course materials and can take your CGEIT® exam during the course at the Schönbrunn TASC training center. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt (which we do not expect), our performance guarantee covers you - this means you train for free the second time.

- Requirements for CGEIT® certification
1. passing the CGEIT®exam
2. compliance with the ISACA Code of Professional Ethics
3. agreement to comply with the CGEIT® Continuing Education Policy
4. submission of evidence of relevant work experience in IT leadership as defined in the CGEIT Job Practice
- At least five years of experience managing, consulting or supervising, or otherwise supporting your organization's IT leadership.
- At least one year of which must be experience in defining, establishing or managing a system for IT governance. The nature and extent of accepted experience is described in CGEIT Domain 1, including experience directly related to two or more of the remaining CGEIT domains.
There are no exceptions and no substitutions for CGEIT experience unless you are a full-time university lecturer teaching related subjects related to IT governance at a recognized university. Two years of teaching experience may be substituted for one year of professional experience in IT governance.
A maximum of 1 year can be replaced by other experience.
