Requirements

The following prior experience is recommended but not mandatory:

• CompTIA A+ certification and at least 9-12 months of hands-on experience working as a junior network administrator/network support technician.

Monitor and optimize networks to ensure business continuity.

4.0 Network Security

Understand security concepts and network attacks to protect networks against threats.

5.0 Network Troubleshooting

Explain the method of troubleshooting and address common problems associated with networks, including cabling, connectivity and software issues.
