In this 2-day intensive course, you will gain in-depth knowledge and advanced skills in planning, conducting, managing, and following up on management system audits in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 19011.

The training provides an in-depth understanding of audit principles, audit types, and the structure and control of an audit program.

In addition, participants will learn about the entire audit process—from contacting the auditee to audit planning and team assignment, conducting the audit, preparing the audit report, and performing follow-up activities. Practical examples and exercises optimally prepare participants for real-life audit situations.

**At the end of the course, each participant is free to take the TRECCERT ISO 19011 MS Lead Auditor exam directly at their own Schönbrunn TASC test center.

The following knowledge and experience are recommended for participation in the ISO 19011 MS Lead Auditor training course:

• Basic knowledge of auditing:
  Initial experience with internal or external audits and a basic understanding of audit principles and processes are helpful.
• Understanding of ISO standards:
  Familiarity with ISO standards and their application in organizations facilitates understanding of the course content.
• Professional experience in the relevant field:
  Experience in the areas of quality, information security, compliance, risk management, or comparable disciplines is recommended.
