In this 5-day intensive course, you will acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills to plan, implement, manage, and continuously improve an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) according to ISO/IEC 42001 in an organization.
The course covers the entire implementation process – from analyzing the organizational context to defining policies and responsibilities, assessing risks, managing the AI system lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements. Through practical exercises and case studies, participants will be optimally prepared for real implementation scenarios.
**At the end of the course, each participant is free to take the exam for the TRECCERT ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer directly at their own Schönbrunn TASC Test Center.
Requirements
For participation in the ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer training, the following knowledge and experience are recommended:
